Very compact bandpass filter based on spiral metamaterial resonators

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

We propose a coplanar bandpass filter with a very compact electrical size. The design comprises a cascade of a regular and a complementary multiple turn rectangular spiral resonator. This concept is especially appealing to applications, where miniaturization and compatibility with planar millimeter wave technology are key issues.
