Abstract

A predictor bilinear observer is developed for a class of bilinear systems subject to delayed outputs. The developed observer enjoys the property of being convergent for arbitrary large and constant delays. The theory of the observer is presented and approved by numerical simulations of a jacket stirred-tank heater.
