Abstract

The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article because of concerns regarding the data presented in this work. These concerns call into question the article’s overall scientific soundness. An investigation conducted after its publication discovered that the first and fourth X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns shown in Fig. 1, labelled CoFe2O4 and PF-2 respectively, appear to overlap with the first and third XRD patterns shown in Fig. 2, labelled x = 1.00 and x = 0.60, in [1]. These patterns do not appear to correspond to different materials. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the integrity of the data in this article. Salma Aman and Sumaira Manzoor have not stated whether they agree or disagree with this retraction. Soumaya Gouadria, Naseeb Ahmad, Sajjad Ahmad Khan, and Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Farid have not replied to correspondence from the Publisher.
