Retraction Note: A Review and State of Art of Internet of Things (IoT) (Archives of Computational Methods in Engineering, (2022), 29, 3, (1395-1413), 10.1007/s11831-021-09622-6)

The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article because it shows evidence of peer review manipulation. In addition, concerns were raised because of the unusual phrases used in the article. Further investigation by the Publisher found substantial text overlap in Sect. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 7.9 and 7.10 from an article published previously by different authors [1], partially obscured by the unusual phrases used in place of common terms. Asif Ali Laghari does not agree with the retraction. Mureed Ali, Abdullah Ayub Khan and Kaishan Wu have not responded to any correspondence from the editor or publisher about this retraction. The editor was not able to obtain the current email address of Rashid Ali Laghari.
