Abstract

The synthesis of a rapid prototyping framework for sliding mode controller design and implementation is reported in this presentation. An explicit sliding mode controller-observer design procedure is described which is transparent to an industrial user. Then an automated method is constructed using off the shelf software and hardware products to develop a one touch design and implementation facility. This environment is used to solve an idle speed control problem.
