Abstract

In this study, psychological disabilities amongst 30 patients with facial port-wine stain (PWS) were assessed by the use of two questionnaires, Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) and direct (PWS-specific) questionnaire. This study revealed a high degree of psychological disability amongst these patients and PWS primarily interfered with their social activities and choice of clothing.
