Abstract

Following an approach given by G. S. HALL and W. KAY in J. Math. Phys., 29 (1991) 2848, 2854, we use the rank of the 6 x 6 Riemann matrix to study proper curvature collineations admitted by cylindrical symmetric static space-times. Studying proper curvature collineations in each case, we show that proper curvature collineations form an infinite-dimensional vector space.
