Abstract
The production of an accurate cost estimate requires the evaluation of numerous factors that might challenge the estimate. This article presents the results of a study of the methods that Saudi contractors are using for preparing construction cost estimates. Factors affecting the accuracy of production cost estimates are also evaluated.
