Abstract

Empirical equations for estimating bubble-point pressure, oil formation volume factor (FVF) at bubble-point pressure, and total FVF were derived as a function of reservoir temperature, total surface gas relative density, solution gas-oil ratio, and stock tank oil relative density. These empirical equations should be valid for all types of oil and gas mixtures with properties falling within the range of data used in this study.
