Abstract

The prediction of passive intermodulation arising from corrosion is discussed. The large-signal analysis of a corroded interface subjected to multisinusoidal signals is presented. For the current/voltage characteristics of a corroded surface, closed-form expressions are obtained for the amplitudes of fundamental, harmonics and intermodulation components of the current.
