Abstract

A comprehensive literature review of the transmissive and reflective polarization rotators is presented. Several wideband and multiband transmissive and reflective designs are introduced. This review aims to cover the most important design strategies for both types. In the transmission type, two techniques will be presented to achieve multiband performance. Then the dual-polarized designs will be also visited. More details on the operating principle will be presented during the presentation with a detailed literature review.
