Abstract

We propose polarization and angle insensitive metasurfaces for THz frequencies. The new unit cell consists of two concentric ring resonators with interdigitated fingers. The number of these fingers allows for controlling the sharpness of the bandstop resonance. A quality factor of more than 16 is observed. The experimental results are in very good agreement with the simulations.
