Abstract
In this paper, a method of evaluating the performance of phase-shift keying systems over non-Rayleigh fading channels is presented. The technique is based on utilizing a quasi-moment expansion of the probability density function. The results obtained using fourth-order statistics show good agreement with those obtained using full statistical information which is not available in practice.
