Abstract
In this paper a recently introduced HINF norm model reduction scheme is compared, in the HINF norm sense, with the Hankel norm approximation scheme through examples. It is observed that the HINF approximations method can be much better or, in some cases, comparable to the Hankel norm approximation scheme.
