Abstract
Isolated DC-DC LLC resonant converter has the advantages of high efficiency and high power density compared to other conventional isolated topologies. This paper proposes a systematic design methodology for selecting the resonant tank parameters to achieve a highly linear gain profile while maximizing converter efficiency. The proposed approach ensures stable control characteristics across a wide operating range, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring dynamic regulation. The effectiveness of the method is validated through simulations using PLECS simulation.
