Abstract

The method presented in this paper to achieve a uniform flow distribution is to add the momentum of the branch flow to the flow of the collector pipe. This paper shows the basic theory development and the results predicted by the theory of flow inclination. Also, an attempt is made to show the critical variables that affect the non-uniformity of the flow distribution.
