Abstract

The work presented in this paper is carried out to validate the technical feasibility of a noncatalytic partial oxidation process of sour natural gas. Basic reactions along with thermodynamic data are given, and proposed schemes are outlined. Comparison is made between proposed and existing processes of handling sour natural gas.
