Abstract

Four quinols, 4-acetyloxy-4-(methylenecarboethoxy)-cyclohexa-2,5- dienone (1), 4-acetyloxy-4-(methylenecarbomethoxy)-cyclohexa-2,5-dienone (2), 4-hydroxy-4-(methylenecarboethoxy)-cyclohexa-2,5-dienone (3) and 4-hydroxy- 4-(methylenecarbomethoxy)-cyclohexa-2,5-dienone (4) were isolated from Ajuga parviflora. Compounds 1-3 are new.
