Abstract

A report on minerals, mining legislations and taxation, investment procedures, incentives and developments in Saudi Arabia was presented. A mining investment code was designed to bring the existing code in line with modern practice. The code would provide incentives for investment, streamline procedures and introduce a more competitive fiscal regime.
