Abstract

This new book examines the concept, understanding, aim, implementation and consequences of Saudization in reasonably large influence areas starting from human resources activities to policy level. It investigates the unique characteristics of society, culture and religion, as well as the labor market and relevant policies of Saudi Arabia which directly or indirectly affects the localization. It also considers the effects on the home countries of the migrant workers on a limited scale.
