Abstract
Closed-form expressions are presented for the harmonic and intermodulation products resulting from the output conductance variations of a Sl memory cell excited by a large-amplitude signal current. Small signal performance are obtained as a special case. The results show that second-harmonic distortion resulting from this mechanism can not be cancelled.
