Abstract

The aligned junctions and networks of SnO nanostructures were reported. As such, these structures were said to have multi-outlets and were ideal objects for the fabrication of nanoscale functional devices. Thus, the semiconducting SnO junctions and networks were found to be intrinsically semiconducting, with controlled structure and orientation. They may have important applications in the fabrication of optoelectronics devices and nanosensors.
