Abstract

First report of 8-Gb/s QPSK downstream and 16QAM upstream data-transmission over 28 and 25 GHz MMW, respectively, at 1610nm with single InAs/InP quantum-dash laser. The heterogeneous system integrates hybrid 10-km-SMF-4m-WL channel with wavelength-reuse strategy.
