Abstract
This paper presents the design and implementation of an immersive virtual reality (VR) based training platform to train emergency responders who must remain prepared and functional in severe emergencies. The platform uses high-tech VR and AI to recreate virtual environments and simulate fires, natural disasters, and serious injuries. Such a system is also distinct because of its adaptive scenario engine, which tracks responders' actions and vital signs, making real-time training harder and less predictable. With this style, each session will be tailored to the trainee's skills and stress tolerance, facilitating more successful learning and decision-making in an emergency. Numerous environmental factors within the simulation frame can be included, including weather, time, and other potential dangers, to simulate real-world risks. Response times, task quality, and communication are monitored at any time, and reinforcement feedback is provided instantly through the eyes, ears, and hands. Using biometric sensors, the platform can track stress levels from health data and assign the next challenge as training. Scalability is supported by the architecture, enabling the system to be deployed across various centres that use cloud synchronisation and data analysis. The initial statistics indicate that the system increases the extent of responder preparedness and flexibility in a meaningful way. Virtual reality training helps reduce the risk of accidents, improve personnel's responsiveness to crises, and save lives by equipping them with the skills to respond to unforeseen emergencies.
