Abstract
Although the hydrogen-bubble flow visualization technique has been widely exploited in single-phase studies, it appears to have seen little or no application to studies in two-phase flow. The use of this technique is described in connection with two two-phase two-component systems. Both studies employed high-speed cine photography. The advantages and disadvantages of this technique as applied to two-phase situations are discussed.
