Abstract

This paper provides a way to model the multiple-input multiple-out (MEMO) Fibonacci (FSC) and Series-parallel (SPSC) switched-capacitor converters. The models are constructed by relating the extreme levels of the input and output voltage, i.e minimum input voltage and maximum output voltage, which identifies the maximum voltage conversion ratio of the converter. The proposed models are verified experimentally using 3-stage FSC and SPSC converters. The experimental results are in good agreement with the proposed models.
