Abstract
Electrodeposited Ni80Fe20/Cu composite wire has significant advantages over amorphous wire as sensing element for weak magnetic field sensors, such as orthogonal fluxgate sensors, due to its non-ferromagnetic and conductive core structure. In this study, the key processing parameters are investigated, including electrodeposition current density, duty cycle, electrolyte solution, pH value, applied magnetic field, effect of seeded layers, and post annealing.
