Abstract
The rapid development of drone technology has opened new avenues for its application in various industries, including food delivery. This study aims to analyse consumer values and perspectives regarding the use of drones in food delivery services. Utilising the Values-Openness to Change framework within the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model, this research identifies key factors influencing consumer acceptance and resistance. Our findings reveal significant insights into consumer behaviour, offering valuable implications for both academia and industry stakeholders. The study employs a market analysis resulting in 253 valid responses, highlighting the importance of perceived trust, attitude, and a balance between supporting and opposing reasons for drone use in food delivery.
