Development of thermoneutral reforming catalyst for hydrogen production from liquid hydrocarbon fuels

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

A discussion on the development of thermoneutral reforming catalyst for hydrogen production from liquid hydrocarbon fuels covers the high demand for clean fuels in various sectors, with emphasis on hydrogen's key role in the future; catalyst preparation and testing facilities; catalytic process for hydrogen production; the concept of Thermo Neutral Reforming; heavy naphtha fuel analysis; and catalyst stability test on heavy naphtha fuel. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 18th Annual Saudi Arabia-Japan Joint Symposium on Catalysts in Petroleum Refining & Petrochemicals (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia 11/16-17/2008).
