Abstract
This paper presents an export model which acts as an assessment tool to examine the readiness of a country to export ICT. Based on ASEP's eReadiness Model, indicators were revisited and the model was downsized to a firm's level in order to measure the e-readiness of firms to export ICT. Export-related indicators were derived from a study conducted by SRI International that quantifies the value of the country's readiness to export ICT by calculating the aggregate of all exporting firms' e-readiness and export competitiveness. The results obtained from redefining the ASEP E-Readiness model and modifying it to incorporate export indicators have resulted in the development of ASEP Export model that represents the readiness index for countries to export ICT.
