Abstract

This paper describes a microwave rectifier operating at 2.45 GHz for wireless RF energy harvesting applications requiring low input power. The Voltage Doubler topology is used to function at low input power levels. The efficiency of three matching networks is assessed as 67.93% at 8.45 dBm of input power under a single stub, 62.74% at 9 dBm under a dual stub, and 66.31% at 10.25 dBm with an LC matching network.
