Abstract
In this paper we extend some general decay results, known for the case of finite history for a quasilinaer viscoelastic problem, to the case of infinite history where the relaxation function satisfies (Formula presented) Moreover, we delete some assumptions on the boundedness of initial data used in many earlier papers in the literature.
