Abstract
A study of Datta-Das transistor with enhanced spin control was carried out. The corresponding spin-resolved current in a Datta-Das geometry was also calculated. The coherent transfer of carriers between the coupled channels gives rise to an additional spin rotation. The result show that the thermal effects are irrelevant in the experimentally feasible linear regime.
