Abstract

In the above article [1], reference 32 was retracted. As the work in this reference is no longer reliable, we are removing it from the reference list. A substitute for the retracted reference is not necessary. In the second sentence of paragraph 5 of the RelatedWorks (page 21789, left column), remove the citation of reference 32. The retraction of reference 32 has no impact on the data, analysis, or conclusions of the article.
