Abstract

In the above article [1], reference 22 was retracted. As the work in this reference is no longer reliable, we are removing it from the reference list. Additionally, the corresponding discussion in Section I must be deleted. Specifically, the second-to-last sentence of the third paragraph in Section I should be deleted: "Considering the impact of wind and solar-thermal, a fuzzy PD-PI cascade controller [22], based on the grasshopper optimization algorithm." The retraction of reference 22 has no impact on the data, analysis, or conclusions of the article.
