Abstract

The final chapter of this book provides a quick glance at the important theoretical and empirical contributions of all the publications and builds the foundations for further development of effective customer engagement (CE) in the tourism, hospitality, and marketing domain. This chapter also offers a summary guide for further advanced research in the subjects of CE. The key perspectives to offer a practical guide for implementing CE strategies and practices or CE-based marketing tactics as well as potentially fruitful areas of future research are discussed.
