Abstract

A coal-derived neutral oil was separated according to boiling ranges into 25 fractions using spinning band distillation. These fractions were separated into 6 compound classes by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Using simulated distillation gas chromatograhic technique (SD-GC), the boiling point of each distillation-HPLC fraction was determined.
