Abstract

In this paper, the performance analysis of the current-mode analog function synthesizer proposed in [1] is considered. Results obtained from Monte Carlo analysis on the effect of temperature variations, threshold voltages mismatches, aspect ratios (W/L) variations, process transconductance parameters mismatches and the DC supply voltages variations are presented. The results confirm ther validity of the proposed analog function synthesizer.
