Abstract

An improved electronic scheme for harmonic elimination is presented. The scheme is based upon cancellation of harmonics from the actual signal by comparing it with the pure fundamental harmonic. The low voltage circuitry of the scheme is realized using ordinary active low pass filters and gave satisfactory performance. This scheme can be implemented in power distribution systems with available components.
