Abstract
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems are used to assist organizations in achieving their respective goals and objectives. Although organizations are becoming increasingly more dependent on C4I systems, there is a lack of automated tools for carrying out the planning functions inherent in C4I systems. This paper presents a framework for Agent-Based C4I systems. The paper presents an approach and issues for developing such C4I systems.
