Abstract

Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C⁴I) systems are used to assist organizations in achieving their respective goals and objectives. Although organizations are becoming increasingly more dependent on C⁴I systems, there is a lack of automated tools for carrying out the planning functions inherent in C⁴I systems. This paper presents a framework for Agent-Based C⁴I systems. The paper presents an approach and issues for developing such C⁴I systems.
