Abstract

A new approach providing the active RC inverting integrator with frequency tuning characteristics is proposed. An inherently linear current division network (CDN) preserving the high linearity property of the active RC technique is adopted. Experimental results, demonstrating the wide programmability and high linearity features, obtained from a 4th-order fully differential filter fabricated in a 0.18μm CMOS process are given.
