Abstract

This short communication presents further evidence to confirm the caution against using equations obtained by applying the Barkhausen criterion to classify sinusoidal oscillators as enjoying the attractive feature of fully uncoupled frequency and condition of oscillation. In this regard we use the most recently published experimental results.
