The global health crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic has unprecedented social and economic impacts (P. SURICO, A. GALEOTT, 2020). Such pandemic effects also influence human behavior. However, the underlying understanding of such behaviors due to the pandemic stays ambiguous. The global economy has hit a recession, leading to a financial crisis. The role of information technology (IT) in knowledge management (KM) is an essential consideration for any company wishing to exploit emerging technologies to manage their knowledge assets. The effectiveness of these technologies will be explored, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of particular IT for KM. In addition, it attempts to highlight some of the challenges and complexities associated with managing knowledge in a project-based environment. Knowledge management (KM) intends to be an area of research and practice that deepens the understanding of knowledge processes in organizations and develops procedures and instruments to support the transformation of knowledge into economic and social progress. Culture can be defined as a system of values, norms, and beliefs that influence and affect attitudes, subjective norms, and in turn, behaviors, including knowledge sharing. In this context, knowledge sharing is contribution of information and experiences with others in organizations, teams, or classes. Knowledge sharing (KS) is an essential process in building up the overall knowledge management (KM) procedures KS acts as a magic bullet to be incorporated into the individual and organizational minds by enhancing their power to learn through the usage of information technologies. In a growing global economy, business organizations greatly depend on how managing knowledge effectively since it has become a source of competitive advantage. Maximizing resources, eliminating redundancy and automating process determine how to meet the business goals. So adopting integrated approaches to identify, manage, share and capitalize on the, experience and intellectual employees capital. Further, it is also evident that Knowledge Sharing [KS] has grown to be as fundamental part of Knowledge Management [KM]. Organizations have to create a culture that is pro-knowledge sharing, where everyone values knowledge sharing, and strategies that are more knowledge friendly are implemented. In this study, the researcher will focus on two types of factors that influence the motivation for knowledge sharing namely, organizational and human factors, in a sample of the Saudi organizations. The following research questions are addressed: 1. What are factors that encourage knowledge sharing using Information technology among the stakeholders in Saudi organizations? 2. What are the organizational factors that encourage knowledge sharing among society in Saudi organizations? 3. What are the attitudes governing knowledge sharing in Saudi organizations?
