A New Evolutionary Game Theoretic Model for the Covid-19 Pandemic Spread

Project: Research

Project Details

Description

This project proposes an Evolutionary Game Theoretic Model for the Covid-19 pandemic spread. It presents the game model that enforces confinement of healthy individuals and grouping and treatment of infected ones. It shows mathematically how the the virus spread among the population could be limited and controlled if these two strategies are to be strictly applied, under weak and strong selection evolutionary models. Numerical simulation results should confirm the analytical average rate of global population infection by the virus, as well as the average probability of infection of the whole population is around.
