Waqas Ahmed is Postdoctoral Fellow at IRC for Finance and Digital Economy, KFUPM Business School, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD degree in Management (with emphasis on technology management) from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His research work covers the fields of Technology Management, Transportation and ICTD that aim to enhance the digital integration at business, academia, society and government levels by comprehending the cognitive perspective of individuals (i.e., employees, consumers, students & citizens) towards digital transformation. He has an extensive publication record in prestigious journals and conferences, contributing significantly to technology management field. Additionally, Dr. Ahmed serves as a reviewer and program committee member for esteemed journals and renowned international conferences (e.g., CHI, COMPASS, etc.). Beyond his academic achievements, he brings practical experience in training and developing information system management. His expertise bridges the gap between theoretical research and real-world application, making a substantial impact on both academic and professional communities.
