Dr. Naeem’s research interests lie in organizational behavior and human resource management. In particular, he studies how different leadership styles may influence employee work outcomes, such as work engagement, job crafting, and innovative work behavior. Additionally, he is interested in examining how job crafting interventions impact employees’ positive behaviors. He also explores green HRM and its effects on employees’ green behaviors.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
