Dr. Mohamed Helal is a post-doctoral fellow at the IRC for Finance and Digital Economy at the Research & Innovation at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Dr. Mohamed Helal was a Lecturer at the Hotel Management Department, Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Helwan University, Egypt. Dr. Mohamed Helal is also a certified trainer in various fields, including leadership capacity development, research methods, and how to use new digital technologies in research. He had a Ph.D. from the General Management Department, Institute of Management, Economics and Finance, Kazan Federal University, Kazan, Russian Federation. He also has a bachelor's and master's degree in hotel management from the Hotel Management Department, Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Helwan University, Egypt. Dr. Mohamed Helal researches different areas in the tourism and hospitality industries, such as digital customer value, e-service quality, digital transformation, digital entrepreneurship, digital readiness and acceptance models, digital brand value, e-reputation management, and artificial intelligence. Dr. Mohamed Helal's research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism, the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, and the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights.
