I received my PhD degree from an AACSB-accredited business school in September 2023, after having 12+ years of extensive organizational experience, including 5 years of training and teaching experience. My areas of research revolve around the socially responsible ways of doing business while inculcating and gaining power from the digitalization, artificial intelligence, and technological innovations to achieve sustainable performance. I consider organizational behavior as a broad area that caters the way an organization behaves and responds to both, external and internal challenges. External challenges include technology, regulations, society, and the environment. Internal challenges include maintaining and sustaining resources and capabilities required to compete in the dynamic era of IR 4.0 and 5.0. Due to this reason, I work on cross-disciplinary functions to lead organizations to achieve sustainable performance. I have excellent research skills and my research articles are published in ABDC-A, WOS-Q1, and ABS-3 level journals. Moreover, I have extensive experience in conducting training workshops, teaching, and mentoring across different levels and fields.
