Dr. Ali M. A. Ibrahim is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Intelligent Secure Systems (IRC-ISS), King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Central South University, China, in 2025.
His research lies at the intersection of wireless communications, intelligent networking, and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on 6G networks, Internet of Things (IoT), Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communications, mobile edge computing, spectrum and resource management, and intelligent transportation systems. His work aims to advance the performance, reliability, and sustainability of next-generation communication networks.
Dr. Ibrahim has published extensively in high-impact journals and international conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Internet of Things, and Applied Sciences. He is the recipient of multiple Best Paper Awards, recognizing his contributions to wireless and vehicular networking research.
