Dr. Ahmed Eid Abdelaal Hassan is a Postdoctoral Fellow at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (Saudi Arabia), specializing in materials and computational chemistry. In addition, he is working as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Al-Azhar University (Egypt). His interdisciplinary research spans photocatalysis, nanomaterial design, wastewater treatment, and DFT calculations, with a focus on developing sustainable solutions for energy and environmental challenges. Dr. Hassan earned his PhD from the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2023), and holds an MSc from Al-Azhar University (2016). His research bridges computational modeling and experimental validation, with 20+ peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals. Dr. Hassan actively contributes to the scientific community as a peer reviewer for journals such as Fuel, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Nanoscale Horizons, Nanoscale Advances, New Journal of Chemistry, Results in Engineering, RSC Advances, and Spectroscopy Letters. He collaborates across Egypt, China, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia, fostering global innovation in sustainable chemistry.
